Shipping will always be calculated at checkout. All items are shipped through UPS and FedEx. This means that once items are shipped in the United States, they should arrive within a standard 3-5 business days allowing exceptions for weather, and unexpected delays. Express or expedited orders should arrive within 1-2 business days. All items are made to order.

International Shipping and Information for International Buyers

Import taxes and duties will be collected upon checkout, so please keep this in mind when shopping with us. Items shipped outside of the US are subject to take approximately 7-18 business days to arrive considering customs, etc.

Once an item is shipped, there is nothing we, JDNA the Brand, can do to alter your items' arrival time. Please feel free to reach out if a package is lost or stolen and we will be happy to work with you on getting your items replaced!
