Please ensure sizing and measurements are correct upon ordering. Under certain circumstances, feel free to message us within 14 days for a return if you have received broken or defective items, items will not be eligible for return due to disliking the fit, style, etc. Contact us for any questions at JDNAthebrand@gmail.com & we will try to work with you under special circumstances!

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

EU 14-Day Return Policy

If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
